Our Company:
Chipman Company has been serving the Metro West, Norfolk County and surrounding towns since 1985. Our knowledge, experience, and ability to provide all your design, build and construction needs and the ability to provide quality craftsmanship is second to none. David Long is the owner and founder of Chipman Construction located at 44 Lincoln St. Medway, Massachusetts. He has operated his construction and development company for over 25 years, and has been involved in the industry for over 30 years. David is versed in all aspects of the construction process, from raw land preparation to foundations, framing, finish work, electrical, plumbing for both residential and commercial properties.

Over his extensive career in the industry, David has been involved in a wide array of projects including ‘from-scratch’ housing developments, condominium complexes, commercial property build-outs, rehabilitations, and large-scale residential housing additions and renovations both large and small. His experience is extensive in all areas of the construction process, including an expertise in the complexities and challenges for obtaining permits and expediting the variance process.
